Identifying and connecting with senior & C-level talent through various channels, crafting personalized outreach strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
Collaborating closely with start-up founders to understand hiring needs, refining job requirements, and providing strategic recruitment advice.
Conducting comprehensive interviews and guiding candidates and clients through a seamless recruitment process.
Improving workflows by leveraging tools, automation, and data insights to enhance efficiency and the overall candidate and client experience.
Tracking, analyzing, and reporting key recruitment metrics to drive better hiring outcomes and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Staying ahead of industry trends, building relationships with key players in the startup and VC ecosystem, and expanding your network to anticipate future talent needs.

TalentHub was founded in 2019 with a goal to change the perception of recruitment agencies. Having worked with recruitment agencies in the past, our founders Käthe-Riin Tull and Reet Kaurit felt a need for a solution that focuses on quality.
